The CapMan Life Science IV fund has signed an agreement to acquire a majority holding in Swedish-based SRK Konsultation AB (SRK). SRK provides treatment, residential care, and educational services for young people and adults in Uppsala and the surrounding area. The aim of the investment is to continue the company’s expansion elsewhere in Sweden.
DLA Nordic has advised CapMan Life Science IV fund in connection with the acquisition of SRK. The team consisted of partner Mathias Berggren (responsible partner), associate Magnus Lilliehöök (corporate), associate Magnus Oskarsson (corporate), partner Björn Sjöberg (banking & finance), associate Björn Lundkvist (EU & competition), associate Emil Ödling (employment), associate Christoffer Morales (EU & competition) as well as partner Erik Björkeson (tax).
