DLA Nordic acts for Schneider Electric
Schneider Electric and Siemens have sold Norwesco AB to till Lagercrantz Group AB (publ). Norwesco develops, manufactures and markets a niche range of electro-mechanical products for the electronics and construction industries. Norwesco recorded sales of approximately SEK 50 million in 2009.
DLA Nordic has acted for Schneider Electric in connection with the sale of Norwesco AB. The team consisted of Anders Malmström (responsible partner), Magnus Oskarsson och Ellen Sederholm.
