DLA Nordic acts for the mining company Lappland Goldminers. The Board of Directors of Lappland Goldminers AB (publ) has resolved to issue convertible bonds with preferential subscription rights for the company's existing shareholders in a maximum aggregate amount of SEK 122,213,674. The issue is subject to the approval of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on 16 March 2010. The company has secured issue guarantees for the rights issue in its entirety from, inter alia, a consortium of some of the largest shareholders of the company.
