DLA Nordic acts for the oil and gas company PA Resources AB in connection with the issuance of its NOK 500 000 000 Senior Unsecured Bonds 2009/2011. The company intends to apply for a listing of the bonds on the Olso Stock Exchange’s Alternative Bond Market. DLA Nordic’s team consisted of Björn Sjöberg, Lina Dvärsäter and Mikael Kövamees.
